The agreements that apply when you book ZUKI COFFEE for your event: clear and without small print.
These terms apply to every booking of ZUKI COFFEE.
The booking
A request through the planner is without obligation. A booking is final once we have confirmed date, location, package and price together by email.
Prices
The price and travel costs are stated in your personal proposal, with VAT shown separately. For larger events we add barista support where needed; that is in the proposal too.
What we provide
A full specialty coffee menu, ceremonial matcha, hot chocolate, teas, dairy and non-dairy milk, professional equipment, a dedicated barista and complete setup and breakdown. You provide an accessible, level spot and power where needed; we align this beforehand.
Rescheduling or cancelling
Plans can change. Let us know as soon as possible and we will find a solution together. The exact agreements are in the booking confirmation.
