Privacy statement.

ZUKI COFFEE, reachable at coffeewithzuki@gmail.com, handles your data with care. We only process what is needed to answer your request and to provide a coffee bar at your event.

What data

Through the planner we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name if given, and what you tell us about your event, such as the date, location and number of guests. The planner is sent via Formspree, our form processor, which forwards the message to us. To complete addresses the site uses the Locatieserver of the Dutch Kadaster (PDOK); only the typed characters are sent, nothing else.

What for

We use your data to contact you about your request and, in case of a booking, to carry out our agreement. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention

We keep request data no longer than needed for the contact and any booking, and after that as long as the law requires for our records.

You may access, correct or delete your data. Email us at coffeewithzuki@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
