When you hire a barista on location, you want more than someone filling cups. You want someone who dials in the espresso, steams milk into silky microfoam and makes every cup with care. That is exactly what we do, cup after cup.
Marco works behind the bar himself and is known for it. In the words of a client: ‘a warm and friendly person with knowledge about his coffee and a heart for connecting people’. That mix of craft and hospitality is what ZUKI is about.
A ZUKI barista never comes alone: the coffee bar, the equipment, the specialty beans and complete setup and breakdown are always included. For larger events we bring extra baristas.

Can I hire just a barista, without a bar?
Our baristas always work with our own coffee bar and equipment. That way we know the coffee is right. You choose between the compact Coffee Bar and the Samurai.
Do you do latte art?
Yes, on cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes and matcha too. The little wow moment for your guests.
How many baristas come along?
For most events one. For large events, such as 8 hours up to 200 guests, we add baristas where needed.
