Latte art starts with the milk. We steam it into smooth, glossy microfoam without big bubbles. The right texture matters more than technique: it should look like wet paint.
Then it is all about the pour: a little higher first so the milk sinks under the crema, then closer and faster so the white pattern appears. A heart, a tulip or a rosetta.
It works with non-dairy milk and on a matcha latte too. At an event, that little artwork is often the moment guests reach for their phones.
